Willis Earl Thompson was born on July 18, 1959 to the parentage of Helen E. Farley (Grimes) and Willis Thompson in San Antonio, Texas. Willis received his formal education attending Baytown Robert E. Lee School in Baytown, Texas. Following his high school years, Willis Joined the United States Navy where he served our country for eighteen years.
