William Harold Jones Jr. was born June 1, 1954 in Manhattan, New York to the late Williams Jones Sr. and Emma Jones (Meyers). William received his education in the New York City Public School System attending St. Paul Apostle School and Power Memorial High School. He then enlisted in the United States Army at the age of 18 and received an honorable discharge. William later obtained his Commercial Driver's License and entered into the workforce as a Professional Truck Driver for over 20 years.
