Wanda Lightard was born August 18, 1959, to Ophelia and Jim Tomlinson in Corpus Christi, Texas. She confessed her belief in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at an early age. Wanda later relocated to San Antonio, Texas and began raising her family.
