Shanda Renee Ruffin was born June 6, 1973 in Clovis, New Mexico to R L Haynes and Judy Ann Haynes-Caldwell. Shanda received her formal education in the Clovis Public School system attending Clovis High School. Shanda attended Clovis Community College where she received her Associates degree in Arts & Sciences. Shanda was employed by Chase where she provided her great service to many for nine years.
