Rose Quinata Cartwright was born September 30, 1964 in Agana, Guam to the late Juan Aguon Quintana and Teresita Diaz Quintana. Rose received her education in the Mangilao Public School System located in Mangilao, Guam. She entered the workforce and was employed at The Air Force Inn as a Hotel Specialist for nearly ten years. Following her resignation Rose
spent majority of her time as a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother.
