Rosa Orr was born November 26, 1927 in Louisville, KY to the parentage of Henry Walker and Euphenia McIntosh. Rosa completed her formal education and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree. Rosa went on to join the workforce and was employed for the Department of the Army.
