Ronnie Wayne Franklin Sr. was born March 31, 1962, the son of the late Mattie Lee Franklin and Elmo Randolph Franklin. Ronnie was born in Victoria, Texas, but completed his formal education in the San Antonio Independent School District, attending Fox Tech High School. Ronnie furthered his education attending St. Phillips Community College. He entered the workforce at ASE as a Certified Mechanic and Landscaper.
