Ronald O'Neal Wagner was born April 4, 1974 in San Antonio, Texas to Denise Wagner and Leon Lott. Ronald was God fearing and accepted Christ at an early age. During his childhood years, Ronald was loved and cherished by many including Mamie Lott (Mama), Gloria Wagner (Lottie) and Collins Lott (Collins). His grade school journey was one familiar to Eastside San Antonio. He attended W. W. White Elementary, Martin Luther King Middle School and he was a proud Cherokee graduate from Sam Houston High School, Class of 1992. Ronald had athletic talents and was awarded All District and All City honors for football. His skill set allowed him to graduate from Angelo State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and a minor in Art.
