Rochelle D. Swindell was born November 11, 1982, in San Antonio, Texas. She accepted Christ in 1987 with membership at the Mt. Zion First Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Claude Black and now the present pastor, Rev. Otis I. Mitchell. She received her formal education in the public school system attending Dorie Miller and Fox Tech High School where she was a part of the Track Team. She furthered her education attending Arkansas Pine Bluff.
