Robert E. Jackson was born May 31, 1967 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Earl Jackson and Frankie Mackie. Robert received his formal education in the San Antonio Independent School District attending Fox Tech High School. Robert struggled in his senior year of high school because he had to care for his sick grandmother and push to graduate, but he did it. He continued his education attending St. Phillips Community College and ITT Tech located in San Antonio.
