Dr. Robert Nathaniel Jackson, Jr. was born October 30, 1922 in Springhill (Mobile), Alabama. He served in the United States Army during World War II, participating in the Western Pacific Campaign. He was baptized in the name of Jesus in the ocean of the Pacific, June 11, 1943. In February 1946 he was anointed to preach the gospel in Pensacola, Florida.
