Mr. Nelson Roy Nealy was born August 24, 1962 in Waelder, Texas to Berry Gene Nealy and Virginia Mae Nealy. Nelson received his formal education in the Waelder Public School Systems. He accepted Christ at an early age. Nelson was well known by his family and friends as “Bo”.
