Minnie Lee Richardson was born November 14, 1930 to the late Roy Harty Richardson and Alberta Lee Davis in Pearsall, Texas. Minnie received her elementary and middle school education in Pearsall, Texas. She relocated to San Antonio, Texas where she received her high school education attending Phyllis Wheatly High School graduating Class of 1949.
