Milton Allen Neighbors was born March 21, 1945 in San Antonio, Texas. He was the son of the late Vera Lee Grant(Neighbors) and Charles Robinson Sr. Milton accepted Christ on April 27, 1945 at Saint Paul Baptist Church. He received most of his education in the San Antonio Independent School District attending Dorie Miller Elementary, Douglas
Junior High and graduating from Gonzales High School in Gonzales, Texas.
