Marilyn L. Williams was born on September 23, 1965 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Robert Stintson and Ora Lee Robinson. She received her education in the San Antonio Public School System attending Garner Middle School where she was a part of the girls’ basketball team. She also attended McArthur High School. Marilyn continued her education attending Texas State University. She also attended San Antonio College where she returned in 2021 to obtain her degree in accounting. Marilyn entered the workforce and was employed for a temp agency until she obtained employment with Hallmark Financial. She was a dedicated employee for fourteen years until she retired.
