L. C. Miller, Jr. was born February 5, 1969 to L. C. Miller, Sr. and Doris Lee Miller in San Antonio, Texas. He was the third child of three children and the tenth child out of ten children through the marriage of Doris and Bishop Evans, the man he called, “Daddy.” L. C. attended church with his parents at a young age. L. C. began his education at Camelot Child Development, Herman Hirsch Elementary and Jefferson Davis Middle School. He went on to attend Healy-Murphy School where he graduated.
