JoAnn Moses, was born January 3, 1962 to Joe Moses and Laura L. Hall in Gonzales, Texas. JoAnn accepted Christ at the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Gonzales, Texas under the leadership of Rev. Charles Roaches. He received her formal education in the Gonzales Independent School District attending Gonzales High School.
