Jeffrey Louis Evans was born August 10, 1962 to Bishop and Azalee Evans. Jeffrey received his early childhood education in the Hallettsville Public School System where he received his elementary and junior high education. He then moved to San Antonio, Texas continuing his high school education attending Sam Houston High School. Jeffrey went on to further his education attending Technical School where he received his certification in Technology.
