James Howard Williams was born October 5, 1947 in Campville, Kentucky to the parentage of Thomas Williams and Ruth Williams. James received his formal education in the public school completing Central High School. James soon joined the United States Air Force serving his country and earning an honorable discharge after twenty years of dedicated service. During his military career, James worked as an Administration Management Specialist. James went on to further his education, receiving his bachelor’s degree. He also was employed with the United States Postal Service where he retired with many years of dedicated service.
