Obituary for James Hayes, Jr.

James Hayes Jr. was born October 17, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the union of James Hayes Sr. and Willie S. Hayes. James received his education in the Pine Bluff School System. Upon completion of his education, James decided to serve his country and went on to join the United States Army.
