Grailand Evans, was born January 8, 1949 to Vernon L. Evans and Ernest Mae Williams in San Antonio, Texas. Grailand accepted Christ into his life at an early age at the True Holiness Church. He received his formal education in the San Antonio Independent School District attending Poe Middle School and Brackenridge High School.
