Gladys Jean Webb was born on March 23, 1940 to the late Charles Webb and Peggy Huff Webb in Caldwell, Texas. She went on to receive and complete her formal education. Following her school years, Gladys went on to enter the workforce. She was employed for the United States Postal Services, where she was a dedicated employee, retiring after twenty years of service.
