Ernest Franks was born January 19, 1981 to Louise Franks and Ernest L. Cochran in San Antonio, Texas. He received his formal education in the public school system and went on to earn his GED. Ernest accepted Christ into his life at the Prince Of Peace Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Iris Woodard James.
