Edward Lee Johnson Jr. “Bubba” began his story in Columbus, Texas. His mother Glenn Louise “Aunt Pick” Denley Johnson and Edward Lee “Uncle Lee” Johnson welcomed their second and final son on March 15, 1930. He joined his big brother, John Louis, who was his best friend and a great big brother. Edward received his education in the Columbus School District. Upon graduation he joined the Unites States Army serving his country well.
