Eddie Lewis was born December 17, 1950 to Henry Lewis, Jr. and Fannie Mae Lewis in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his formal education in the Louisiana School System. Eddie went on to attend college and enlist in the United States Air Force. He was employed as an Administrative Specialist.
