Donald Ray Brown was born July 29, 1965 to the parentage of Eugene Brown and Ruby Ann Lee in Honolulu Hawaii. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the Tabernacle of Prayer Church where the pastor was the Bishop Robert L. Doxie. He received his formal education in the San Antonio Independent School District, attending Highlands High School.
