Devin Charles Wilkins was born November 27, 1979 in San Antonio, Texas to the parentage of Charles Edward Wilkins and Dorothy Wilkins. Devin was the oldest of two children. He received his formal education in the public school system graduating from Alamo Heights High School where he played basketball and football. Devin accepted Christ at an early age at Prince Of Peace Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. R. A. Nichols, Jr. While at Prince Of Peach Devin was a Youth Deacon. He later went on to become a member of Mt. Ararat Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Jim Richardson.
