Delton Glenn Allen was born July 21, 1971 in Natchez Mississippi to the proud parents, Mary and Charles Allen Sr. Delton resided in Ferriday, Louisiana until he was four months old. He relocated back to San Antonio, Texas in 1988 where he received his education in the San Antonio Public School System graduating from the Special Education Program of McCullum High School.
