Clara Mae Smith Dale was born to Johnny Lee Smith and Beatrice Allen Smith in Muldoon, Texas where she graduated from the Muldoon School System. Dale, as she was lovingly called, was the helper of all. She was blessed to retire from the San Antonio Independent School System as a Teacher's Aide with her final place of employment being Travis Elementary School.
