Charles Wesley Fuller, Sr. was born on May 10, 1957 to the late Cleo Fuller and Bernice Duncan-Fuller. He received his education in the San Antonio Independent School District attending Thomas Jefferson High School. Charles accepted Christ at an early age at West End Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Kimple.
