Carl Dwayne King, was born April 6, 1970 to Charles E. Ziegler and Mary L. King in San Antonio, Texas. Carl accepted Christ at an early age at the New Union Missionary Baptist Church on the Eastside of San Antonio. He received his formal education in the public school system attending Pershing Elementary, Park Village, Woodlake, Emerson Middle School and graduating from Fox Tech High School in 1988. Fox Tech was one of the first high schools that offered the Cosmetology Program and this is where Carl earned his Cosmetology License.
