Anthony was preceded in death by his parents Betty Jo Frazier and Milton Frazier, Sr., sister, Charlene Holland and his brother, Milton Frazier, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory his three children, Diamond Frazier, Zalayah Clay Frazier and Tashaya Clay Frazier; brother, Stephen Paul Frazier; sister, Venetia Frazier; aunt, Nancy Winkfield; sister-in-law, Tonya Frazier and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
