Allen Carl Sidney, Jr. was born in Richmond, California August 5, 1943. He was the son of the late Allen Carl Sidney, Sr. and Mattie B. Hudson. Allen attended public school, graduating from Richmond High School in Richmond, California. Following his high school years, Allen went on to serve his country, joining the United States Air Force.
